Naruto characters.

You've read the latest chapter right? Whatever that isn't what I was going for. Just wanted to talk about the characters. The one main thing I want to talk about is Sakura. Why do people hater her? I disliked her in the beginning because she really was a brat. She was a kid that didn't understand Naruto, and her obsession with Sasuke was a bit annoying. Some people call her useless. She wasn't able to... you know what in the latest chapter (484) so she was called useless. I can't hate her, in fact it's opposite I love that character. She tries her best but no one seems to care... *rolls around bed*

I like her as well cause she may have not under stood naruto and her obessention with saskue was a bit much but she always tried her best

The newest chapter made me like her a lot more. Though at times she's annoying and useless, I really felt sorry for her when her and karin were crying together D:

Uhuh, babies going to a might-as-well-be public school killing eachother, lusting over eachother, shouting they're ninjas, trying to be stealthy in bright colored flight jackets(may as well glow in the damn dark). And even after all those years still the same mistakes e.e that 'aint workin. Im suprised they havent busted out a played out character like inuyasha and put him in one of those amusing wardrobes.

I don't think Sakura is useless at all. I think if she really did do something like what she almost did in the latest chapter things just wouldn't work out.

It's not only that chapter that she was being useless though. Just in general, most of the time she just manages to get in the way, and ends up being saved. Probably the reason she seems useless is that Kishi spends too much time god-modding sasuke and naruto, and all she ever gets is a mention of how good she is, but you never see it in action. The only time she got a little fleshed out was in the fight against Sasori, but even then the focus was more on Chiyo. But now her character's develping more so I'm liking her more.

Dunno, but to me it seemed like she got her "closure" in chapter 450 when she saw Sakura welcome Naruto back to the village (after talking with Nagato). She smiled at the scene, and hasn't really said or thought anything related to Naruto since then. Her feelings for Naruto were more or less for her development as a character, so her confession was for her to move past her insecurities. *shrug* She's a minor character to begin with; the confession seemed more like her personal character-moment instead of the spark for anything more.

@topic--I love Sakura. Hated her in Part 1 because she was a whiny brat that had potential but wasted it on mooning over a boy that didn't deserve her undivided attentions. By the end of Part 1, though, and throughout Part 2 she's become more human and less fangirl. She can kick butt, use her brains for more than trying to impress people, and shows her genuine concern for others much more than she did as a younger girl. Out of all of the rookies, she's shown the most consistent change for the better despite making her fair share of mistakes, and I appreciate her for it.

As far as her being useless...I wouldn't say so. She can't wield some crazy eye jutsu and doesn't completely take over missions to pwn the villains on her own, but she still does her part as a character in the series. She helps Naruto when she can, heals injuries with the best of 'em, creates antidotes to unique and difficult poisons, and can shatter the ground with her freakin' fist. She's no hero, but that doesn't automatically make her useless--nor does having emotions that can cloud her judgement =/

mm.. she confessed because she thought that if she was with him it would be a sort of " atonement" for all the things she put him through with her making Naruto promise to bring back Sasuke. But like Siri said, yes it was sort of a development for her character..

But i wish she would make up her friggin mind, just stab Sasuke already..that sounds mean but really, stop putting yourself in situations where the mission is gonna be compromised... :p
