Have you ever wanted to design a Vocaloid? Now's your chance, Yamaha the creators of the Vocaloid software are holding a contest to design a new character. Entries will be accepted Febuary 25th through April 24th. Results will be announced May 29th.

A fan in Japan made a replica of Mikoto Misaka's Gekota cell phone from the anime Toaru Majutsu no Index. He even made the cell phone strap by hand. Unfortunately the cell phone is a non-working floor model.

Tokyopop has released a Hetlia game fo the iphone, ipod touch and ipad. The game contains exclusive Hetalia wallpapers, previews of the manga and animations of chibi Hetalia characters.

Have you ever wanted to learn Japanese? Never really followed any method? Well, I can't really say I'll be much help with you there. You see, I will be learning along with all of you. Hopefully I can encourage you all to start a learning new language. And without further delay, here is Lesson # 1. Hopefully my research was good enough.
