This anime season we get a boy love anime by the creator of Junjou Romantica. The character designs are similar and you even get a cameo appearance by Usagi. The story take place in a publishing company where Ritsu gets put in the shojo manga department. He ends up entering at the end of the "cycle" where everyone looks half dead and the work area is a pig stye. His new boss just happens to be his old high school crush only he doesn't remember. His very first day on the job his boss drags him off to a meeting and kisses him to give one of their writers material to draw a kiss scene. Embarrassed from the sexual harassment he sulks and plans on a way to escape from the shojo manga division and get into real publishing only his boss comes along and insults him calling him useless and setting him on fire to prove his worthy. He ends up spending the night reading manga. The next day when Ritsu comes to work he can't believe his eyes when everything is pink, sparkly, and clean. Ritsu retreats and extracts a story from a coworker not in his group about this miraculous change. He discovers that the Emerald Editors group puts together one book every 20 days starting nice and fresh and ending up in a mostly dead mess at the end of it. By the end of the episode Ritsu's boss realizes where he knew Ritsu from but Ritsu remains oblivious to their true connection. I give this a 5/5 and think anyone who like boy love stories should watch this cute anime, especially if your a fan of Junjou Romantica.
